Job Description
AECOM Canada is seeking an ORAT Functional Lead, Planning & Process to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:

  • No less than a Master’s Degree + 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Operational Readiness is a must.

Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience on large and complex programs. ORAT experience in large airport projects greater than CAD $500M is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve ORAT challenges within the respective workstream.
  • Proven experience in a management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver high-level reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the aviation industry, with a solid understanding of holistic airport operations considered an asset.
    Additional Information
    This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
  • Ensures service and maintenance arrangements for all systems are established to support and sustain operations at agreed service levels.
  • Verifies that end-users have validated their systems against operational requirements, ensuring readiness for trials and live operations.
  • Defines system objectives, aligns baseline requirements and operational configurations with stakeholders, and ensures appropriate provisioning and budgeting.
