JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Music Conductor to lead and direct our choir and vocal ensembles. The ideal candidate will guide singers in rehearsals and performances, ensuring musical excellence and harmony.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Music, Choral Conducting, or related field.
• Proven experience conducting choirs or vocal groups.
• Strong knowledge of vocal techniques, music theory, and score reading.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage singers of all ages.

• Conduct choir rehearsals and live performances with clear direction and artistry.
• Interpret and communicate musical scores to the ensemble.
• Develop repertoire suited to different skill levels and events.
• Provide vocal coaching and improve singers’ musicality and performance.
• Collaborate with vocal coaches, accompanists, and event organizers.
• Maintain discipline and motivation within the choir.
