> Act as ORD global independent oversight lead covering Finance Department > Serve as main point of contact between ORD and Global Finance Department > Review operational risk incidents to determine whether respective remediation efforts are sufficient to mitigate risk of material errors > Perform analysis to identify processes and controls that require enhancements to reduce risk > Execute quality assurance of the Non-Financial Risk Assessment (NFRA) specifically, help ensure that Global Finance Department has properly assessed its risk and controls > Perform scenario analysis to quantify stress losses > Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or higher is preferred > Minimum of 10 years overall experience working in capital markets or respective support function > Minimum of 5 years of direct experience working in a Finance department supporting capital markets or related support function (product control, valuation control or legal entity reporting) > Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to produce concise and effective presentations > Experience verbally presenting complex issues to senior audiences in a concise and coherent matter > Ability to work independently and have the interpersonal skills required to establish effective internal relationships > Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Salary range for the position: $95,000 and $165,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
