Are you an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach? We’re looking for a confident Order Administrator to join a friendly, fast-paced team near Newport Pagnell.
This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your SAP knowledge and strong organisational skills to a well-established company where your contribution will be truly valued. Please note, due to the location, a car and driving licence are essential.

What you’ll be doing as an Order Administrator:

  • Accurately processing sales orders using SAP
  • Booking and coordinating deliveries
  • Liaising with logistics providers to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery
  • Supporting internal teams with ad hoc stock order requests
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

What we’re looking for in an Order Administrator:

  • Previous experience using SAP
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Confident with IT systems, including Excel
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload
