Description
As the Order Administrator in Cluj-Napoca, you will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You will act as a key link between customers and internal teams, supporting the full order lifecycle while contributing to efficient operations and continuous improvement within the Customer Care team for Pressure Management department in Europe. We look forward to seeing your application!   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:     Process customer orders in ERP systems with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness    Review and validate order details, ensuring all commercial and customer requirements are correctly captured   Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Finance, Trade Compliance) and communicate with customers to ensure smooth order execution    Maintain and update customer data and ensure consistency of information across ERP, CRM, and other systems    Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate shipments to meet customer expectations    Identify and implement solutions when standard order fulfillment cannot meet customer requirements    Manage order acknowledgments, documentation, and archiving in compliance with company policies    Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate, up-to-date order records, including handling changes   Who You Are:   You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
