JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist with experience in Business Central ERP or SAP to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in order entry, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Business Central ERP or SAP is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in an industry such as manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
  • Basic understanding of inventory and supply chain processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
