The role As an Order Analyst, you’ll process incoming orders with speed and precision, ensuring every detail is accurate and complete. You’ll review and analyze order information, flag discrepancies, and translate requirements into clear, concise production dockets that keep projects moving seamlessly. This is an onsite role working Monday to Friday in our Brampton office. Key responsibilities * Review incoming orders (labels, forms, variable print, integrated and multi-plant), collaborating with internal teams to ensure all required details are complete and accurate * Enter and analyze orders, validating pricing, specifications, and production requirements including plate planning, paper, ink, colours, perforations, and other critical components * Calculate and plan raw material quantities to support efficient production * Process requisitions and purchase orders for paper, cartons, dies, carbon, outsourced work, and other required consumables * Coordinate die orders, securing die lines and stock for testing * Execute Change Order Notices by updating systems and production dockets, and proactively communicating updates to all impacted departments Skills & experiences * Trade certification or 1–2 year college diploma, plus 3+ years of relevant administrative experience * Print industry experience is a strong asset * Clear, professional communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners * Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized. * Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and confidently manages shifting priorities What we offer * Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for you and family * Company-matched pension program * Tuition reimbursement to invest in your growth and career development * Collaborative and supportive work environment where your ideas are valued and your impact is visible Compensation: $48,448 – $60,561 CAD per year The compensation range listed reflects the expected compensation for the role.
