Description JOB SUMMARY The role of Order Analyst works to set up jobs according to the builder’s selections and order materials based on the PO. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Coordinate jobs according to builder’s selections Manage order entry of the materials for the job based on the PO Manage order entry of the quantity based on measurement or customer PO Verify the correct pricing on the PO Review the PO for accuracy in regard to materials, quantity and pricing SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
