We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Assistant to support our order processing operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our system and providing excellent service by handling orders received via phone, fax, email, and mail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer order line calls and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email Accurately enter customer orders received by phone, fax, email, and mail Review and verify order information for accuracy and completeness Update customer information, including names, addresses, and product details as needed Inform customers of applicable specials or promotions Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills and comfort working with order entry systems Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills Self-motivated and dependable Training will be provided
