Order Center Supervisor
Full Time Position: Sunday-Saturday with shifts within 7am-5pm, and rotating weekends

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Good technical knowledge including POS, Windows and Excel
  • Ability to provide leadership to train delegate and motivate staff
  • Able to work at a fast pace
  • Demonstrates strength in employee relations and customer service
  • Strong attention to detail is required
  • Developed problem solving skills
  • Ability to support and work as a team
  • High Energy Level
  • Minimum one year work experience on Bachman’s Order Center or equivalent experience
  • Strong time management skills

Responsibilities
  • Answer questions and assist associates in order entry and maintenance systems
  • Verify all on hold orders and print order information for correct and concise content
  • recognize communicate and solve system problems, slowdowns and malfunctions
  • Provide daily supervision and work direction to ensure productive use of all team members in Order Center
  • Team member scheduling
  • work with retail, delivery, production and support departments to resolve external and internal customer issues
  • work to identify trends in quality and service issues, bringing to management as needed
  • Answer customer calls as needed
  • Perform administrative duties
  • assist with training needed
  • work with Mercury Direct and Dove Plus computer systems to accept and reject wire orders as appropriate
  • Support Order Center Assistant Manager and Group Manager as needed.
