Job Description
At Wavenet, we connect businesses with the technology that powers their success. We’re looking for a Delivery Co-ordinator to keep our customer orders moving—on time, to spec, and with outstanding service at every step.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll be at the heart of our Delivery Operations, working closely with engineering, procurement, scheduling, and other teams to ensure a seamless journey from order to installation.

Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of orders from receipt to completion, liaising with relevant departments to keep things on track.
  • Providing first-class customer service, keeping clients informed throughout delivery and installation.
  • Acting as the single point of contact for multi-technology orders.
  • Scheduling engineers, managing diaries, and ensuring they have the right skills, tools, and services in place.
  • Handling phone and email queries for the delivery department and directing them to the right people.
  • Managing customer expectations—both internally and externally.
  • Maintaining daily WIP updates and weekly delivery forecasts.
  • Processing supplier orders and updates via portals.
  • Supporting internal sales with availability requests and cancellations.
