We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Compiler to join our team in overseeing the post-production process. In this role, you will ensure that all completed jobs are properly compiled, organized, and prepared for the next stages—whether that’s shipping or pick up. You’ll be responsible for confirming that all parts, components, and documentation are accounted for and accurately matched to their respective orders. The role involves using forklifts and other equipment to move and arrange items efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

• Experience in quality control or inspection processes.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

• Job Completion Checks: Verify that all parts from the completed production job are present, correctly assembled, and ready for shipment or storage. Identify and report any missing or incorrect parts.
• Material Handling: Use forklifts and other equipment to move finished goods, components, and packaging materials around the factory floor as needed, ensuring proper storage or shipment preparation.
• Coordination with Teams: Work closely with supervisors and delivery/warehouse departments to ensure that everything is properly compiled and ready for final delivery.
• Quality Control Support: Assist in the final quality checks to ensure that finished products meet the required standards before they are packaged, shipped, or picked up.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and protocols while handling materials and operating machinery. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
