JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an Order Coordinator to oversee the procurement, documentation, and shipping of parts. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Manager and Operations teams to ensure that purchase orders are accurately processed, parts are delivered on time, and all shipping and documentation requirements are met to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in order coordination, shipping, or receiving (aviation-related experience a plus).
  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce, or similar software systems.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed, including during end-of-month periods.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Product Manager to handle the procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance.
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed correctly, including traceability and certification.
  • Organize and coordinate shipping schedules to guarantee on-time deliveries to repair shops.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to meet deadlines and ensure that all fulfillment requirements are achieved.
