What You'll Do: The Order Coordinator is responsible for printing, organizing and dispatching routed orders. Read work orders and receive verbal instructions for work assignments to print, organize, separate, scan and assign customer orders/pick tickets, Provide communication and support between sales and warehouse teams including reviewing emails for deleted orders, route and quantity changes and responding to the team in a timely manner. Review and maintain workbooks, refresh and finalize queries Monitor and communicate work volume to the Management Team. Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules and regulations including GMP guidelines. Assist with and within other warehouse areas and functions as needed.
