JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you have a strong and proven background in order desk and accounting and are looking for a new opportunity? Come join our great team at Rogers’ Chocolates in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers of Canada’s oldest, and best, confectionery and chocolate products!
This position is primarily responsible for order desk and sales administration for our B2B channel.
The ideal candidate is well organized, has an eye for detail as well as ERP (SAGE) and Office 365 experience. Excellent customer service skills and strong proficiency in English is a must!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in order desk (required)
  • Experience with Sage 300 software (very beneficial) or other ERP (required)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English (required)
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite (required)
  • E-commerce website (commercebuild) maintenance experience (beneficial)
  • Ability to work with limited direction
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to complete several concurrent tasks at a time
  • A commitment to exceeding quality standards.
