We are a growing company with a young and dynamic team, looking to add an Order Desk representative responsible for providing administrative support to the sales teams.

This is a permanent, full time position in LaSalle (Montreal).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

We are looking for a candidate that will work well with our small team of staff in a friendly small business environment. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and an attention to detail

  • Bilingual written and verbal, English/French
  • 2 or more years of related experience
  • Computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Office, i.e. Outlook and Excel
  • Candidate should be well organized, detailed oriented and capable of multitasking
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to satisfy the customer’s needs
Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process customer invoice, arranging payment & delivery accurately and efficiently
  • Enter order details into the system
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order information and address any missing information or inquiries
  • Coordination with customer and vendors to ensure order fulfillment
  • Daily data entry of inventory in inventory system
  • Entering transport bills in accounting system
  • Filing
  • Other related clerical duties
