Description

Job Title: Order Desk Clerk Responsibilities Receive telephone inquiries for quotes and pricing. Communicate numerical dimensions with clients over the phone. Coordinate with the Shipping and Production departments to ensure shipping dates are met. Update customers when back orders become available. Handle questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Perform data entry and order invoicing. Execute other administrative duties as required. Essential Skills 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, data entry, administration, or customer service. Proficiency in MS Office software and ERP/CRM/WMS systems. Strong data entry skills with testing required. Excellent numerical and mathematical skills, especially with fractions. Automotive, radiator or parts distribution experience Work Environment The position operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, the role is based on-site, with transit options available and parking facilities. The work environment includes an office and shop setting, requiring comfort with working around warehouse and shop areas. Job Type & Location This is a 6 month contract to hire position based out of Langley, British Columbia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
