Cloverdale Paint has an immediate opening for a full-time position at our facility in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate should have previous customer service experience and a positive attitude.
The Order Desk is primarily responsible for processing order requests from internal and external customers, to either meet or exceed service level requirements from external customers to sales, production, inventory and the labs.
This is a temporary role at our facility, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience is a must
  • Capable of sitting for long periods of time
  • Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Familiarity with production/warehouse facility sale procedures an asset
  • Excellent computer skills, experienced with Microsoft applications
  • Understands the inventory control process
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders, and address their feedback.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory and perform general office duties as required.
  • Assist in recommending products and solutions to meet customer’s needs and expectations.
  • Enter orders and maintaining records in our Database and POS system, as well as issue customer receipts.
  • Coordinate customer and potential customer needs and expectations with sales reps and production staff.
  • Answer retail and industrial customer inquiries by phone or electronically.
