QUALIFICATIONS

· Completed high school diploma
· 2 years of experience in Customer Service/Order Desk (manufacturing preferred)
· Strong computer skills with MS Office
· Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

· Responsible for order entry, pricing, quotes, invoices and tracking of orders;
· Provide customer support and address customer concerns and inquired to include advising customers of shipping dates or orders ready for pick up;
· Update ERP with pertinent information regarding orders;
· Responsible for the scheduling of logistics, to include the administering of the bill of landings, proof of delivery and associated customers documentation;
· Communicates inventory issues to Customer Service so that solutions can be developed;
· Conduct transactions such as credit card transactions and scanning invoices to accounts payable;
· Conduct various clerical duties such as email, filing, faxing and answering the phone;
· Provide office support and act as back up to reception;
· Perform other duties as required.
