Help us keep the momentum going when sales explode. We’re gearing up for a busy winter and looking for a hands‑on Order Desk & Finance Coordinator to strengthen our operations during holiday periods and beyond. Why this role matters You’ll be the extra pair of capable hands that keeps orders flowing, prices accurate, invoices on track, and data humming in our ERP. You’ll support day‑to‑day finance routines and play a key part in scaling our order operations while we ramp up with key partners. What you’ll do Order Desk Operations Act as Order Desk backup during holidays and provide additional capacity through the winter surge. Manage licensing portal data and ensure accurate license utilization downloads to ERP. Run component price analyses—benchmark market prices and compare. Lead a freight cost and invoice coverage study; build/refresh a freight charge price list. Improve the “product prices → ERP” process to make price updates faster and error‑proof. Finance Operations Post and reconcile the morning bank statement every business day. Process purchase invoices daily with accuracy and speed. Control weekly travel expenses, ensuring timely approvals and postings. Later: contribute to the US Rillion implementation (AP automation)—testing, onboarding, and change support. What you’ll bring Experience in order management, finance admin, or operations in a product/ERP‑driven environment. Solid Excel/analysis skills; comfortable with reconciliations, price comparisons, and building simple rate cards. Familiarity with ERP workflows; exposure to tools like ContractBook or Rillion is a plus. Detail‑orientation with a habit of documenting processes and improving them as you go. Clear communication in English; Finnish is an advantage. A calm, helpful mindset—especially when volumes spike.
