Best West Pet Foods is a well-established pet specialty store with multiple locations throughout Manitoba and Ontario We are currently looking for a full-time Order Desk & Inventory Coordinator for our Head Office on Ellice Avenue in Winnipeg, MB.
In this role you will be required to:
· Process and adjust orders; send to vendors and prepare invoices
· Coordinate shipments with warehouse and store teams
· Track incoming shipments and maintain order records
· Run sales reports and ensure best pricing from vendor deals
· Order supplies for stores, warehouse, and office
· Manage warehouse receiving and weekly inventory counts
· Investigate discrepancies and update product info in systems
· Notify stores of pricing/tag updates and monitor inventory accuracy.
. Other clerical duties
The successful candidate for this role should have the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
-Must be tech savvy and experienced in MS Excel and Teams
- Experience with inventory systems (POS, Sage 300 a plus)
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Business Administration degree would be preferred.
