About the Role We are looking for a diligent and proactive Orderdesk Officer to join our Orderdesk team. This department is crucial as it handles the complete lifecycle of all new sales orders—from initial processing, preparation, packing, and shipment, through to final invoicing. This is a full-time position. The place of work is located at Yper. Essential Responsibilities Order Processing and Coordination: Review, accurately process new sales orders, and coordinate execution and delivery logistics with relevant internal departments. Invoicing and Billing: Set up invoicing schedules, create and send client invoices, and follow up on changes throughout the contract lifecycle. Collections Support: Support the collections process by diligently administering the internal reminder procedure. System Enhancement Testing: Become involved in the testing of enhancements and updates to the core business systems used by the Orderdesk team. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely documentation is maintained for all orders and invoicing activities. Experience Required experience Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (written and verbal communication). Several years of experience in an administrative function, including experience with analytical tasks. IT literate: Strong ability to understand and work within complex systems and processes. Nice to have Knowledge of another European language is a plus. Traits of a successful candidate Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude, high integrity, and a hands-on approach. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently. Highly detail-oriented and focused on accuracy in processing orders and invoices. Strong communication skills for internal coordination and external customer interactions. Educational requirement: Equivalent experience in a business administration, finance, or logistics-focused role is accepted. Deze afdeling is cruciaal, aangezien ze de volledige levenscyclus van alle nieuwe verkooporders beheert — van de initiële verwerking, voorbereiding, verpakking en verzending, tot de uiteindelijke facturatie. Facturatie en Debiteurenbeheer: Facturatie Schema's opstellen, klantfacturen aanmaken en versturen, en wijzigingen gedurende de levenscyclus van het contract opvolgen. Ondersteuning Invorderingen: Het incassoproces ondersteunen door de interne herinneringsprocedure nauwgezet te beheren. Testen van Systeemverbeteringen: Betrokken zijn bij het testen van verbeteringen en updates van de kern bedrijfssystemen die door het Orderdesk team worden gebruikt. Documentatie en Compliance: Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige documentatie van alle orders en facturatie activiteiten. Ervaring Vereiste ervaring Vloeiend in Engels, Nederlands en Frans (schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie). Verschillende jaren ervaring in een administratieve functie, inclusief ervaring met analytische taken. IT-vaardig: Sterk vermogen om complexe systemen en processen te begrijpen en ermee te werken.
