For our aerospace location in Hamburg, we are looking for an Order Desk Support Aerospace Clerk (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Independent and careful recording, pre-processing and checking of orders in our TOM system.
Regular data maintenance to update and correct order information
Communication with customers regarding missing documentation and clarification of open questions
Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to customers on the status of orders
Liaising with other departments to ensure an efficient flow of information
Ensuring accurate and detailed data capture to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
