Description

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Ensure timely processing of orders and accurate data entry into business systems. Review incoming orders—both commercial and technical—according to established guidelines. Check specification sheet requirements against manufacturer technical specifications and product bulletins to confirm suitability of selected products. Verify compatibility of customer-required options with selected product models. Coordinate with Sales offices, factories, and internal stakeholders to resolve order-related issues. Ensure all special instructions and attachments are correctly addressed. Create and update product structures based on construction requirements. Submit requests for engineering support and creation of new part numbers. Validate pricing for special product constructions. Respond promptly to order enquiries. Serve as product detailing coordinator for large project orders. Support new process improvements and software initiatives implemented within Order Management. Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when necessary. Perform overtime when required to manage workload or order backlog. Undertake other tasks aligned with company goals. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 3 years of relevant experience is an advantage. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of control valves is preferred. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Understanding of ISO Standard Requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
