Job Title: Order Entry Auditor – Spanish Speaker Location: Tunis, Tunisia Reporting to: Quality Supervisor Overview of Role: We are currently lookingfor an Order EntryAuditor to ensurethat all external and internal requirements are met beforeour product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs, identifying mistakes or non- compliance issues. As an Order Entry Auditor, you will have a highly analytical mindwith strong focus on attention to details. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Understand and apply QA standards and methodologies throughout the order entry process. Performthorough audits following defined protocols to ensure accuracy and efficiency Identify deviations or shortfalls duringthe pre-production phase. Verifythat order meetscustomer requirements and that productdetails are free of discrepancies. Maintain accurate recordsof audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups. Escalate urgent mattersto supervisors/managers for timely resolution. Prepareand present reports, dashboards, and chartssummarizing QA performance. Investigate quality issuesand collaborate with relevant teams to resolvethem. Providerecommendations for continuous improvement in QA practices. Ensure QA procedures and SOPs are regularly updatedand in linewith process changes. Share weekly and monthly findings with relevant departments and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including OrderEntry, Graphics, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Discuss QA issues and solutions with supervisors when needed. Create and update training materials and guidelines to maintain quality standards. Developand implement procedures to manage and improve QA processes. Supportthe team in achieving departmental objectives and goals. Requirements & Qualifications Intermediate level in Spanish and English Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with various stakeholders. Sharp attention to detail and strong visual communication skills. Previousexperience in a Quality Controlor Inspection roleis preferred. Familiarity with QualityAssurance methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus. Team-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Officetools, including Excel,Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for documentation, analysis, and reporting purposes.
