What You’ll Do On a Typical Day * Proactively communicate with customers on a daily/weekly basis to ensure excellent customer service. * Enter accurate and complete load details in McLeod. * Perform timely updates to customers on their loads the rough website, EDI, phone calls, emails, etc. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Strong communication and attention to detail are vital in this role * Strong customer service skills required * Strong computer and typing skills required * Minimum of two years in an office or administrative role required Be part of something big.
