Responsibilities: * Review all product orders submitted by the sales team for completeness and accuracy.  * Process all activity received through the order entry mailbox.  * Enter all orders (financial, commercial, enterprise, and national accounts) into SAP.  * Create budgets in Microsoft Excel using data from Big Machines and enter them into SAP for revenue recognition.  * Review monitoring and service maintenance orders for accuracy and submit them to the appropriate internal teams for processing.  * Ensure all required documentation is received from the sales team and submitted to Contract Administration.  * Accurately log and track all sold services that generate recurring monthly revenue for Sales Compensation.  * Assist the sales team with questions related to ordering and documentation requirements.  * Create and maintain project files on the designated Microsoft SharePoint site.  * Review and process change orders and cancellations. Required: * 1–3 years of experience processing sales orders.  * Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.  * Experience reviewing sales contracts and contract-related documentation.  * Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems, such as Solomon, SAP, and/or Salesforce.  * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions.  * Highly coachable, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
