Job Description Duties to include but not limited to: Knowledge of Independent Accounts, Buying Groups and National Accounts for the purpose of processing orders and entering data at a high level of quality and productivity. Familiar with policy and procedures. Work with Data Entry and Customer Service Manager to provide efficient, effective service Responsibilities • Process daily orders timely & accurately through Oracle ERP • Meet defined daily line quota and accuracy expectation • Solid foundation of decorative hardware knowledge including customization based on customer’s requests • Knowledge of technical concepts related to the decorative hardware industry Attributes • A high level of accountability, accuracy, and professionalism • Quick learner, self-motivated, focused worker • Open to constructive criticism for performance improvement • Excellent follow-through, attention to details, problem-solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills • Demonstrate strong work ethic and commitment to quality • Dependable and committed to maintaining regular attendance • Works in a steady, deliberate and thorough manner; able to work effectively under pressure Qualifications • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language. • One to two years relevant data entry and/or customer service experience • Intermediate proficiency with computers, keyboard skills, and Microsoft Office applications • Comfort and proficiency with Teams, Zoom, and remote work technology • Strong communication skills • Demonstrate outstanding data entry efficiency and accuracy • Schedule flexibility - occasional mandatory overtime may be required to support business needs
Responsibilities
The Order Entry role involves processing daily orders accurately and timely through Oracle ERP while meeting defined quotas. The position requires a solid foundation of decorative hardware knowledge and collaboration with the Data Entry and Customer Service Manager.
