Responsibilities Accurately enter customer orders into the order management system in a timely manner. Verify order details including pricing, quantities, and customer information to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service to resolve discrepancies or incomplete orders. Maintain organized records of orders and related documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes. Monitor order status and communicate updates to relevant departments as needed. Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance order entry accuracy and efficiency. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain data confidentiality and compliance. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in order entry, data input, or a similar administrative role. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in using order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to identify discrepancies quickly. Qualifications Experience with software or ERP systems related to order processing is preferred. Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with high accuracy. Familiarity with inventory management and customer service principles is an advantage.
