Ensure timely processing to meet production and shipping deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. Develop proficiency in multiple internal systems and processes. * Research and reference application guides and internal resources to identify correct part numbers, ensure order accuracy, and investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments. * Monitor assigned orders and provide clear, professional communication to customers and manufacturing facilities regarding order status, updates, and issues. * Perform other duties as assigned. SKILLS REQUIRED: * A very high level of attention to detail and data entry accuracy. * Good verbal and written customer service and intracompany communication skills. * Ability to learn to navigate new software programs quickly. * Ability to gain the required product knowledge. * Strong self starter and problem solver. * Must have good organizational and time management skills. PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 months related work experience and/or on the job training. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sitting 100% all of shift. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED.
