At Champion Healthcare Solutions, the Order Entry Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of parts and chair orders. This detail-oriented professional acts as a vital link between customers, sales, and service teams to facilitate smooth order fulfilment, resolve issues proactively, and support continuous process improvements. Accurately review and process parts and chair orders for Champion Healthcare Solutions’ customers. Provide post-sale support via phone and email, responding promptly to inquiries. Serve as a communication bridge between customers, sales, and service teams. Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues before escalating. Work closely with quality and service teams on warranty-related matters. Document and escalate regulatory issues as necessary. Generate Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for parts returns. Contribute to process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus. 1–2 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or related fields preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
