We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data entry, order processing, and interpreting technical drawings, particularly within the glass or architectural materials industry. You will play a key role in accurately entering and maintaining order details to ensure smooth production and delivery—without direct customer contact. Key Responsibilities -Enter and process orders accurately based on client and project specifications. -Review and interpret shop drawings to confirm order details. -Utilize Excel and CAD software to validate measurements and product information. -Record and track delivery dates, locations, and special requests. -Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure production accuracy and deadlines. -Maintain organized records of all orders and revisions. Requirements -Proven experience in order entry or data entry within manufacturing, construction, or architectural materials industries. -Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documentation. -Strong mathematical skills, including working with U.S. fractions and inches. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic CAD software (AutoCAD or similar). -Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. -Ability to follow written instructions and work independently. -Strong communication and comprehension skills in English. 💼 Why Join RemoteVA PH?
