• Oversee end-to-end order processing , from receipt to final delivery
• Collaborate closely with our marketing team, warehouse staff, and logistics partners
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels with regular stock audits
• Manage inventory transfers, replenishments, and ensure stock accuracy
• Handle inbound/outbound shipments and track orders through to completion
• Maintain detailed records of all inventory and order transactions
• Resolve discrepancies, manage returns, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Generate and analyze inventory and order reports for leadership insights
