ORDER FULFILLMENT AND ONLINE LEAD

United Sport & Cycle is seeking a permanent Full-Time Order Fulfillment and Online Lead to join our Team. This is a fun fast-paced role that is at the hub of our backend online orders/receiving Team! This is a great role for someone who enjoys developing a great team dynamic, providing guidance by assisting team members achieve success, and to lead by demonstrating a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. This role needs someone who has a passion for providing customers with a WOW experience and enjoys the challenge of multitasking along with learning new skills.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS OF:

  • 3+ years of supervising a team of 8+ people including scheduling, setting priorities, coaching for performance, training.
  • Proven ability to achieve the goals set out by having clear standards and processes in place.
  • Ability as the leader to identify and set daily priorities to achieve the goals or standards.
  • A passion to develop the team around you with multiple skill sets, ‘Can-do attitudes’, and the drive to provide above and beyond customer experiences!
  • Qualities that make you an outstanding team leader who knows the importance of going above and beyond.
  • The ability to make decisions quickly and independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A drive to stay busy and staying calm while juggling multiple demands / questions / requests at one time from customers or the team.

OTHER SKILLS OF:

  • 2+ years in either order fulfillment and customer service experience.
  • The ability to work weekdays, weekends and/or an evening (required).
  • Retail experience (an asset).
  • Sports or Bicycle product or service knowledge (an asset).
  • Strong customer service/communication skills that leave a “Wow” with your customers.
  • A keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with different point of sale or computer software systems – a willingness to learn our system.
  • An appetite for continuous learning about the services we offer and the products we sell.
  • The physical ability to work all day on your feet in a fast-paced environment, as well as carrying orders of all sizes out to customer’s vehicles.
