R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry’s ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. We are hiring an Order Fulfillment Associate to join the Order Fulfilment team. The Order fulfillment associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders from receipt through completion. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely order fulfilment, product accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction. The associate will work closely with multiple departments including QA, Shipping, Customer service, and Production to support smooth order flow and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: · Review, verify, and process customer orders for accuracy and completeness. · Process orders in internal systems ( JXNET, Fantasy ) · Ensure correct documentation, labeling, and order details before fulfillment. · Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information. · Collaborate with customer service, production, QA, and shipping teams. · Escalate issues or delays to management when necessary · Provide updates on order status when requested · Follow standard operating procedures consistently · Prioritize urgent/express orders appropriately · Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy · Strong attention to detail · Works with a sense of urgency · Excellent communicator and Team player · Data entry experience · Warehousing experience or office admin experience preferred · Reliable, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset · Comfort with Microsoft word, excel, and general computer fluency · Excellent at following directions At R2Net, many of our roles offer a high-quality, comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, paid time off, retirement planning and opportunities for career advancement.
