At Milton CAT, our Order Fulfillment Associates are the heartbeat of our distribution operations. You’ll be part of a motivated team that ensures our customers get the parts they need—accurately and on time. Work Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM Pay Rate: $21.58 - $30.27 hour based on experience. This is a union position. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment across the warehouse, not just one station. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. Receive incoming merchandise and stock shelves. Use RF scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory. Occasionally assist walk-in or pick-up customers. Assemble hydraulic hoses using specialized tools. Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (45 lbs unassisted) and work at heights up to 25 feet Basic math and computer skills Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving abilities Experience with WMS software preferred Forklift certification a plus Why Milton CAT?
