Responsibilities IGT's Order Fulfillment Representative performs sales order processing of spare parts tickets. Duties include but not limited to researching customer requests, generating quotes, managing orders, planning and expediting shipments when necessary. Other speciffic duties include: Processes high volume parts tickets with guidance. Works with Inside Sales and customers to ensure timely and accurate documentation and delivery of machines. Achieves expected levels of accuracy in accordance with Tier II Quality Objectives. Works directly with customers to ensure timely and accurate documentation and delivery of machines according to strict compliance regulations. Coordinates between IGT departments and customer regarding order status, compliance issues, product availability, pricing, documentation and delivery of parts. Performs additional duties as assigned.
