Some details about the Order Fulfillment Specialists (OFS) role The OFS team is the team who wraps up the customer’s auction adventure. Customers come to the warehouse to pay and pick up their orders at their designated appointment time; they are excited for their winnings and can’t wait to see what they bought. Who we are looking for in this role… You make an impact on customer experience by providing them an order pick-up appointment that is free of long waits. You understand that sometimes items are not where they said they are and go the extra mile to find the items for the customers. You are fast, focused and take pride in your ‘can do’ positive attitude. Why Choose Encore? After three months of continuous employment, you will be eligible to enroll with our Group Benefit plan through Manulife- we offer Single of Family coverage with Dental and Vision care included and the employer pays 50% of your premiums. We also offer enrollment with our GRSP (Group Retirement Savings Plan) for those who are interested.
