Requirements SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES Works primarily in a greenhouse environment. Perform daily maintenance operations on the plants, such as watering, weeding, and pruning. For 8in plants apply saucers and sleeves. Shine spray 8 in plants. For 6 in hanging baskets must install hangers and saucers. Assist with pulling orders. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition. Maintain a safe working environment. Specific Skills & requirement Ability to count inventory for order pulling. Able to safely lift and/or move up to 25lbs. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Ability to climb or balance as needed. Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary. Able to work in different weather conditions. Local Candidates Only
Responsibilities
The Order Fulfillment Team works primarily in a greenhouse environment, performing daily maintenance operations on plants and assisting with order pulling. They are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area while ensuring the proper care of plants.
