BESPOKE PICKER & PACKER

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Salary: £25,500 per year
Reports to: Site Manager (Ethan)
Location: SmithTaylor, Enterprise Centre, Kempton Road, Pershore, WR10 2TA.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Wraptious is a gift and homewares business supporting independent artists. Through our Bespoke service, we produce and ship made-to-order artist collections to customers across the UK.
You’ll be responsible for picking, packing and dispatching orders. This includes checking deliveries, preparing products, and ensuring every parcel is packed accurately, safely and on time.
While your main focus will be Bespoke, you’ll also be supporting other areas of the operation when needed. This may include tasks such as cutting, sanding, assembling products, and helping the wider team meet production deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unpack and sort incoming deliveries (products made on site and from suppliers).
• Organise stock by artist, using in-house software.
• Prep items for dispatch, including: mugs, greeting cards, cushions and art prints.
• Pick and pack orders efficiently and securely.
• Book shipments using DPD, Royal Mail and other couriers.
• Keep the packing area clean, tidy and organised.
• Flag issues or delays clearly with the team.
• Support general production work when required.
