What you’ll be doing.

Working within the Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) department, at ZEISS, we are looking for an Order Fulfilment Coordinator to:

• Handle sales order processing & invoicing in SAP
• Process credits, sales returns / Out of box failures and warranty replacements
• Process purchase orders to factories and third-party suppliers
• Maintain e-mail inboxes
• Continuously improve the order transaction quality, revenue management, and customer experience
• Handle general administration duties

What We’re Looking For:

• SAP S/4 experience
• Salesforce experience
• Strong understanding and experience of an Orders process flow from creation to invoice
• Strong experience running and processing orders to consistently high quality
• Exceptional attention to deal
• Customer focus
