As Order Fulfilment Specialist with a focus on Tender Management you act as a coordinator and advisor regarding the tender forecasting and roll out of the delivery planning of the tender orders from our Operating Companies (OpCo’s).
What will you be doing?
As Order Fulfilment Specialist you are part of the Order Fulfilment team. You are responsible for the facilitation of the daily operations of the tender management processes of our Operating Companies (OpCo’s). In this role you take the lead to coordinate European tenders with support from the Order Fulfilment Coordinators, and you will ensure that the allocation and roll out of the tender orders are accurate and in line with the demand of the OpCo’s. You control and monitor the order bank to stay on top of the tender orders, this includes the communication towards OpCo’s as well as of the impact of the tenders on the forecasting of the products.
Next to that you identify and formulate opportunities for process improvement to continuously improve operational processes and maximise the sales output for Operating Companies in EMEA. This includes training the Order Fulfilment Coordinators on an individual and team level, to ensure a continuously high standard of knowledge and efficient execution of tasks.

✓ You have approximately 3 years of working experience in a Supply Chain environment;
✓ You are fluent in English both verbal and written;
✓ You are numerical analytical and have problem solving skills;
✓ You are an accurate and result oriented person;
✓ You are proactive and have excellent communication skills;
✓ You are an advanced user of Excel and have knowledge of ERP software.
