The team is part of our European Shared Service Centre in Prague, supporting the Philips TV & Audio across Europe. As the first qualified back-office contact for customers, you will ensure a high level of satisfaction related to order & delivery management and complaint handling. You will also collaborate closely with sales teams and support improvements to our service levels. What you will do Process sales orders accurately and on time (SAP registration, pricing checks, goods allocation, backorder management) Manage deliveries with 3PLs (delivery updates, scheduling with warehouse/carriers, delivery follow-up, shipment/export documentation) Meet the company’s TPW cost targets Register and manage complaints, follow up on solutions, and provide feedback to customers Participate in cross-functional projects Conduct sales data analysis, pricing reviews, and updates on stock availability Monitor sales plan performance Collaborate with Sales, Credit Controllers, Demand Planners, and W&D teams What you need to succeed ✅ Must-have requirements: Fluency in English and German Minimum secondary school education with graduation exam 1–3 years of experience in order fulfilment/order management/customer service with hands-on order handling, truck booking, and customer communication Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Experience working with ERP systems Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive approach Ability to follow processes and guidelines Problem-solving mindset Strong communication skills and customer understanding Emotionally mature, reliable, and a team player Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines Ability to recognize and promote automated solutions 👑 Nice-to-have: Experience with SAP Knowledge of an additional European language Understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes Interested? ➡️ Apply now — we look forward to hearing from you!
