We’re looking for an Order Generator and Estimator to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll serve as the central link between our builder partners, installation teams, and internal departments to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing details, solving problems, and building strong relationships. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for builders — scheduling installations, deliveries, and quality inspections with accuracy and care. Coordinate daily activities with installers and drivers to align with customer needs and timelines. Place and track material orders to ensure projects stay on schedule. Keep detailed, organized records and calendars to support seamless communication and workflow. Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to resolution. Collaborate closely with teammates across departments to deliver a best-in-class experience. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain operational excellence.
