In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Respond to customer and sales inquiries by ensuring timely and accurate entry of customer orders * Acknowledge customer orders and proactively communicate shipment status, including any potential delays * Review, process, and manage customer order change requests with attention to detail * Coordinate with manufacturing facilities to expedite orders and support on‑time delivery commitments * Maintain close and effective communication with customers and sales organizations to ensure alignment and satisfaction * Process and issue invoices in accordance with internal policies and customer requirements * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service quality Who You Are: You build strong, trusting relationships by collaborating effectively across sales, factory, and customer teams to deliver a high level of service.
