You will be leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach and overseeing project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. 2. You will effectively monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization. Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow. Identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risks, and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, ensuring contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer. 3. You will be procuring all required services, materials and equipment from external and internal suppliers, including support in negotiations, claims and project changes also building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 4. You will acting as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues and works independently with general supervision. 5. You may influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices also support the problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. 6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 7. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above. 2. Relevant experience in order handling/Project management, customer service is preferred. 3. Experience using ERP, SAP, or similar business systems is an advantage and familiarity with order handling processes and basic business operations. 4. Good knowledge of ERP/SAP and office software with PMP qualified is preferred. 5. Strong sense of responsibility and careful attention to detail. 6. Good communication and coordination skills. 7. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. 8. Proficient in system operation and daily office software applications.
