Job Summary: Working team leader of a specific group of the facility and maintenance team on a designated shift with responsibility for the daily operations and job assignments of the team while supporting manufacturing needs. Assign and check the work of the team and assist to resolve difficult operating or equipment problems. Monitor equipment and process operation and report on the need for making operational or equipment changes or the need for equipment repair. • Lead and train employees and ensure they have the tools needed to complete their tasks assigned to them. • Comply with and oversee all health and safety regulations and practices. Correct and report any violations. • Prepare daily maintenance schedules and allocate forecasted workloads. • Oversee all the repairs to ensure that work is completed correctly and on time. • Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities including facilities, production equipment and machine shop. Keep all areas clean and always organized. • Inspect the facility regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance. • Maintain preventive maintenance program. Optimize the preventative maintenance program in a way that demonstrates improvements in production efficiency and effectiveness by program. • Organize, maintain parts and equipment inventory. • Work with manager to develop work schedule for the current day. • Maintain Daily Management board. Requirements Requirements: • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience • 1-2 years supervisory or team leader experience • 3-5 years experience maintenance background • Strong organizational skills • Excellent listening, verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills • Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization • Proven ability to pay close attention to detail • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in computer applications (examples: Microsoft Word & Excel and MS Teams) • Ability to successfully learn new processes and equipment • Maintain a positive attitude Working Environment General • Champion Healthcare Solutions promotes a positive, friendly, collaborative environment. Work areas are provided with fans to circulate air and hydration station.
