Job Summary: If you are an order management administrator looking for opportunity to grow this role of overseas and local the end-to-end processing operations, ensuing accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing order entry, monitoring order status, resolving issues, coordination with various departments, and optimizing order processing workflows. This role required strong organizational skills, attention to details, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Overseas order processing. Manage order processing operations, ensuring orders are accurately entered, processed, and fulfilled on time. Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize inventory. Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and any other relevant information to ensure a positive customer experience. Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and other teams to optimize order processing workflows and resolve any issue that may arise. Continuously review and improve order management processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Who You Are: You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish. Required 5 years’ experience in order management or related field, with a proven track record of success in managing complex order processing operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors Excellent organizational and multitasking ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously. Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation. In-Depth understanding of order management principles, practices, and systems, Capable to use MS office, e-mail Fluent English skills, reading & writing Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience in SAP or Oracle is preferred Be resilient.
