HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Review planned events before the start of each fiscal year and create the predicted tools mapping process.
  • Develop and maintain the annual Order Tracking sheet for each fiscal year.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to update the start and end dates of outage events in the Order Tracking sheet.
  • Assign each outage event to the designated Team Leader (TL).
  • Ensure that the preparation for allocated orders is completed on or before the planned delivery date. Communicate and align with the concerned Project Manager (PM) if any deviations occur.
  • Work closely with team leads to update the Order Tracking sheet accordingly.
  • Generate reports on order metrics, including order volume, fulfillment rates, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline order management processes and enhance efficiency. Implement best practices and new technologies as needed.
  • Address and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, such as shipping errors, damaged goods, or discrepancies in order details.
