Description
Airobotics, a company developing autonomous drone systems, is seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to take full ownership of order management processes in a growing and innovative organization. This is a great opportunity to make an impact and lead planning infrastructures in a dynamic environment with advanced products in development and production stages. Responsibilities Manage and track customer orders from order intake through full delivery Handle intercompany orders Manage return orders (RMA) and repair orders Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Coordinate with Planning (PPC), Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and more Monitor delivery timelines and ensure service level targets are met Handle exceptions, shortages, and delays Open and track shipments and related documentation Maintain data in ERP systems Generate reports and track order status Support various supply chain activities Requirements Previous experience in an operational/administrative role in an industrial or global environment Experience working with ERP systems – advantage for NetSuite Strong Excel skills High level of English proficiency Full-time, office-based role in Petach Tikva (non-hybrid) What We’re Looking For Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to work with multiple interfaces in a dynamic environment High level of service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
